About us
Prince Nayef bin Abdul Aziz University Hospital (RSPN) Syiah Kuala is one of the general hospitals in the Banda Aceh area owned by Syiah Kuala University, located in the Kopelma Darussalam area of Banda Aceh. The hospital was funded by a grant from Saudi Charity and the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) after the tsunami struck Banda Aceh in 2004. The groundbreaking ceremony for the hospital was held on January 28, 2007, and its official inauguration took place on May 8, 2012. The Prince Nayef Bin Abdul Aziz Hospital of Syiah Kuala University provides services not only to the academic community of Syiah Kuala University but also to the general public and BPJS patients. The purpose is to facilitate the provision of healthcare services and facilities for the academic community of Unsyiah in particular and all residents of Banda Aceh in general.
