The Academic Activity Center building is a facility that supports the academic and administrative activities of Syiah Kuala University, and can also be used by parties outside USK.
About us
The Prof. Dr. Dayan Dawood, MA Academic Activity Center (AAC) Building, hereinafter referred to as the AAC Building, was built in 2000 as a grant from the Japanese Government. The main purpose of this building is to support various academic and administrative activities carried out by the Syiah Kuala University Rectorate. This building can also be used by other parties, both within USK and outside of USK.
Vision
To position the AAC Building as a leading provider of building management and rental services by prioritizing customer service and satisfaction, thereby ensuring competitiveness in the surrounding area.
Mission
- Enhancing the quality of facility cleaning services, including rooms, toilets, and indoor and outdoor areas;
- Improve the quality of service and marketing;
- Organizing events in accordance with SOPs/procedures for booking venues;
- Collaborating with several decoration and catering vendors
AAC Dayan Dawood Venue Booking Process
- Every tenant using the AAC building for various activities must register to reserve the space through the building management administration staff. A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost must be paid at the time of registration.
- The tenant submits a room booking request letter addressed to the Vice Rector II, for the attention of the AAC Building Manager
- Changes to the date of use are only permitted once, with notification no later than 15 days before the reserved date and as long as the desired date has not been reserved by another party.
- The tenant must pay all booking fees no later than 3 (three) days before the building is used.
- If the tenant cancels the reservation, the deposit already paid is non-refundable and will be retained by the building management.
